Wrapping up filming

 Hello it’s Renato Corrales back with another blog. Today I’ll be talking about the finishing of the filming done for our music video. For day 2 we decided to finish 7 scenes of our music video. We had already finished 5 for our first day of filming and 3 of them were going to be text and edited in our music video. So we decided to all meet up at my house. Once at my house we were able to obtain a few props for our music video. This included a wig, check and bow. The first scene was done using Isahiah and Finn in the scene with me filming then using a car as a “gift”. We experienced some issues with weather due to it being so windy. We easily solved this with having Connor holding onto the bow prop onto the car so it wouldn’t blow and then quickly running away. Once the scene was done we filmed inside the car and moved onto the next setting. We then entered a playground in my neighborhood to film the scene of handing the homeless a check of money. In our first scene we had change his clothes to change his appearance in character. I was also in the scene handing Connor the blindfold. In the next scene the “homeless” was taken off his blindfold and given a check by me and Isahiah. We then went to the local CVS to shoot a few more scenes. Two included of handing money back to the community. This included Connor giving money to Isahiah at the cash register and Finn paying for Renato’s groceries. Once we finished those 7 scenes and doing a good few takes of each, we called it a day. We had now in 2 days finished all the scenes planned in our storyboard and now finalized all the filming.
